RecallGavin2020 reaches 1,689,000 signatures in grassroots campaign to remove California Governor Newsom

(Los Angeles, California) The official Recall Campaign against California Governor Gavin Newsom has now gathered more than 1,689,000 signatures it was announced Wednesday night February 17.
The announcement was made during an online meeting with campaign volunteers and organizers throughout California.
Orrin Heatlie, the Chairman of The California Patriot Coalition, Recall Gavin 2020 Committee made the following statement:
“During the past several days, thousands of volunteers have hit the streets to help collect tens of thousands of additional signatures to force Governor Newsom into a recall campaign. The people are being heard loud and clear; however, our job as a campaign is not done yet,” said Heatlie.
“We have four more weeks of hard work and heavy lifting ahead to make sure that our campaign to recall California Governor is accomplished,” said Co-Proponent Mike Netter.
“What we are witnessing is a movement that has beaten the odds and we have our nose to the grind stone. Our work continues. Our mission is not done,” said Randy Economy, Senior Advisor and Official Spokesman of the California Patriot Coalition – Recall Gavin Newsom 2020 Committee.
The California Patriot Coalition/Recall Gavin Newsom 2020 is the official committee responsible for the recall campaign.
The campaign has set an internal deadline of March 10th to have all the petitions collected. The official deadline to complete the signature gathering is on March 17th.
