The RecallGavin2020 legal team, (the Benbrook Law Firm) has filed for an extension to continue gathering signatures. The hearing date is Nov. 6th at 11:00 a.m. This hearing is public and will be broadcast on the following link:

Since its conception, the RecallGavin2020 team has been working hard to do everything in our power to help you make this recall a success. As you may know, this is a monumental and historical movement. This is the largest petition drive ever attempted in the United States history. It was timed to take advantage of the warm summer months, festivals, carnivals, county fairs, 4th of July events, concerts in the park and other gatherings where people come together in mass. What happened next? Governor Gavin Newsom shut down California and closed us out. We can’t even sing in church and now he wants to limit our family gatherings.
People are suffering. The shutdown has taken a toll on the entire population. People have been afraid to interact with one another. Californians are struggling. Signing a petition and making a donation to a political cause has not been top priority on their list.
STILL, the RecallGavin2020 volunteer army has done an amazing job. Without the help of contract circulators, they have managed to gather a third of the petitions necessary to qualify for a special election. The people engaged in this recall are a force to be reckoned with.
We all know a lot hinges on this hearing. We simply need more time. Earlier this year the courts granted extensions to other initiatives circulating petitions and the attorney general posed no objection. In fact, quite the opposite. That said, the Court has set precedence and our legal team is confident we will prevail.
At this critical juncture funding is vital. We need your help once again. This is truly a battle between good and evil and we need your help to win. We must regain control of this state and your donations are the life blood of this movement.
